1. Basic Information

• The voucher entitles the holder to a one-time discount of 25% on the purchase of any FEROBET brand product.

• The discount is valid for one purchase / one tax document only.

• The voucher is non-transferable and is tied to the name of the holder.

2. Redemption of Discount

• The discount is valid for purchases from all our official business partners. (add link to the list of partners)

• The discount is calculated from the prices listed in the current official pricelist of FEROBET as of the order date.

• The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or special pricing offers.

• The discount does not cumulate with individual business terms or customer programs.

3. Validity Period

• The voucher can be redeemed by 30 June 2026 inclusive.

• The order and production must be placed so that it is possible to commence materials export in 2026 (according to the date determined by manufacturing upon order confirmation).

4. Processing Procedure

• To redeem the discount, contact our officer Irča (indrova@ferobet.cz), who will verify the validity of your voucher and connect you with the appropriate sales representative for the region in question.

• The sales representative will contact you, confirm product availability, production dates and provide support for redeeming the discount.

• A physical voucher will be sent to the correspondence address provided by you.

5. Restrictions and Other Conditions

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

• In case of loss or destruction, it is not possible to issue a replacement voucher.

• FEROBET reserves the right to refuse the application of the voucher in case of suspected misuse.

• By redeeming the voucher, the customer agrees to these terms.
