1. Basic Information

• The voucher entitles the holder to a one-time discount of 25% on the purchase of any FEROBET product.

• The discount is valid only for one purchase / one tax document.

• The voucher is non-transferable and is tied to the name of the holder.

• The voucher does not obligate the holder to purchase products nor is it subject to any fees.

2. Redemption of the Discount

• The discount is valid for purchases made with all our official business partners.

• The discount is calculated from the prices listed in the currently valid price list FEROBET on the day of order.

• The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing offers.

• The discount does not accumulate with individual business terms or customer programs.

• The discount applies only to FEROBET products and does not cover transport, pallets, and delivery-related services, which will be priced separately.
  
  

3. Validity Period

• The voucher can be redeemed until 30 June 2026 inclusive.

• The delivery date will be confirmed upon ordering, and it's possible to reserve goods for up to two months. The goods must be dispatched no later than 31 August 2026.
  
  

4. Processing Procedure

• To redeem the discount, contact our representative Irča (indrova@ferobet.cz), who will verify the validity of your voucher and connect you with the appropriate sales representative responsible for the region.

• The sales representative will reach out, confirm product availability, production dates, and provide assistance in redeeming the discount with your chosen FEROBET business partner.

5. Restrictions and Additional Terms

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

• In case of loss or destruction, it is not possible to issue a replacement voucher.

• FEROBET reserves the right to refuse the redemption of the voucher in case of suspected misuse.

• By redeeming the voucher, the customer agrees to these terms.
