Production Manager Pozořice

We are looking for someone to join our middle management team who can organise people’s work, ensure the efficient running of production and identify areas for further improvement. Not someone who will just „keep an eye on operations“. But someone who will manage it, improve it and keep it under control.

⚙️ What will you be responsible for?

• Managing and organising production at the plant in Pozořice – people, processes, results

• Meeting production plans, production efficiency and quality

• Identifying weak points in processes

• Leading the team – ensuring the required performance, accountability and order

• Overseeing compliance with technology/process standards and occupational safety

• Daily operations as well as long-term production improvement

• Daily communication and cooperation with Ferobet’s main plant in Rousínov, including maintenance and planning

• Close cooperation with the Production Director

👷‍♂️ Who are we looking for?

• You have experience leading production and people

• You understand how production works – not theoretically, but practically

• You know how to earn respect and keep things under control

• You don’t wait for instructions – you make decisions and take responsibility for them

• You can solve problems quickly and pragmatically

• Experience in the production of building materials or concrete is an advantage
