⚙️ What will you be responsible for?
Complete management of the production plant – people, processes, results
Meeting production plans, efficiency and production quality
Organisation of production and identifying weak points in processes
Leading the team – setting performance, responsibilities and order
Overseeing compliance with technology and occupational safety
Day-to-day operations and long-term production improvement
Cooperation with sales, engineering and maintenance

You have experience managing production and people
You understand how production works – not theoretically, but in practice

You do not wait for instructions – you make decisions and take responsibility for them
You can solve problems quickly and pragmatically
Experience in the production of building materials or concrete is an advantage
