We are looking for a reliable and communicative person who will be an important support to our dispatch team. You can look forward to varied work with customer orders, daily communication with customers, sales representatives, carriers and the warehouse, as well as administration, without which the smooth running of the company would not be possible. ⚙️ What will you be responsible for?

  • Processing customer orders  

  • Communication with customers (by phone and e-mail)  

  • Invoicing and administration related to orders  

  • Organising and arranging transport  

  • Daily cooperation with sales representatives, carriers and warehouse staff  

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office according to current needs 

👷‍♂️ Who are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills, thoroughness and a willingness to learn new things  

  • Organisational and administrative skills  

  • Knowledge of MS Office  

  • Secondary education in economics or business (an advantage)
